Co-Engineering Custom Automation - Where Your Vision Meets our Innovation for Seamless Success
At Terran Automata LLC, we specialize in crafting automated systems tailored precisely to your specifications, transforming your unique challenges into efficient, scalable solutions. Our collaborative approach begins with deep partnership: our expert development team works hand-in-hand with your engineers from initial concept through design, productions, and deployment.
This co-engineering model ensures seamless integration with your existing operations, incorporating your insights every step of the way to deliver innovative automation that drives productivity, reduces costs, and exceeds expectations.
Automated Part Handling Systems
Compact, high-density storage solutions that automate retrieval and storage, optimizing space and speed in logistics and production facilities. Implementing advanced robotics for precise picking placing and sorting diverse part sizes and shapes.
Increase Productivity: Reduce manual labor and errors, boosting throughput by 50% or more in automated setups.

Automated Shuttle/AGV and Storage Systems
These encompass automated racking, stackers, and cranes that work in tandem with shuttles and AGVs, autonomous ground vehicles. While shuttle-based AS/RS uses multi-shuttle configurations for high-throughput operations, allowing for easy expansion and integration with conveyor belts or robotic arms.
In a typical setup, AGVs transport pallets or totes from receiving docks to shuttle entry points. Shuttles then navigate dense storage racks to picking stations or outbound areas.
Suitable for e-commerce fulfillment, cold storage, food processing, and automotive manufacturing.

Conveyor Systems
Reliable belt, roller, or overhead conveyors that transport items and pallets efficiently across production lines and multiple elevations, ideal for high-volume environments.

Robotic Work Cells
A robotic work cell operates as a modular workstation where robots perform tasks within a defined, enclosed space. Parts are delivered via feeders or conveyors, where vision systems identify and orient items. Intermediate steps can include assembly, welding, or inspection after which the parts are transported out of the work cell by conveyors or are palletized by the robot and transferred out of the cell via conveyor or AGV.
