Steel-Lokt Belt Conveyor

Terran Automata's Steel-Lokt belt (Patent Pending) conveyors feature our standard powder coated H-Frame that is liquid tight, submersible, and chemical and corrosion resistant. Steel-Lokt belt is a new economical and efficient replacement to existing steel hinge belting systems made from interlocking steel weldments to produce a bucket shape pocket that can carry material up to 60 degree inclines.

 

Steel-Lokt belt conveyors use standard Terran Automata. UHMWPE modular chain tracking and with choice of steel or stainless steel Lokt segments.

Unlike traditional steel hinge belt, Steel-lokt belting is bolt on. This allows for the replacement of single belt segments without ordering an entire new belt.
