Beltless Magnetic Conveyors

Beltless Magnetic Conveyors utilize permanent magnets moving underneath a stationary stainless steel slider bed to attract ferrous material and move it to the discharge point where the magnets leave the slider bed path and release the material. Beltless Magnetic Conveyor are virtually maintenance-free, there are no moving external parts to jam or break and is totally safe for personnel. The working face is self-cleaning and excess coolant drain rapidly back into the sump.

Powerful magnets are permanently charged and encased in stainless steel jackets, unaffected by temperatures from -40 degrees to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The conveyor mechanism is completely enclosed and because of their liquid tight construction, these conveyors are unaffected by sludge or abrasives. An oil bath is maintained to provide continuous lubrication for the internal chain.
